My name is Adalyn & I am the proud owner of massage and manifest. My business is 2 years old now. My passion for massage came from when I used to dance as a teen - that feeling when you could relax and unwind - when your body really needed a break was one of my favourite down time pick me ups. 

Self care is so important & I wanted to spread that message to my followers who maybe also needed a pick me up or new lease of life. My services range from Dermaplaning to the classic back & neck, full body treatments & hot stone massage. My favourite is most definitely a deep back and neck or a deluxe relaxing facial.
